I have extensive knowledge of and experience working with individuals of all ages with autism. In addition, I have worked with individuals experiencing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, addiction, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and bipolar disorder. No matter the concern, I help clients reflect inward to find their true passions and goals in life to help align their reality with their desires.
I believe that therapy should be individualized for each client’s needs by collaborating with you to help find ways to improve your life by bettering your mental health. I will provide a safe space for you to explore and reflect upon your life and feel supported while addressing any difficulties or areas of growth.
