I am a compassionate and supportive clinician, who specializes in working with children/ adults in navigating a variety of issues, including: life adjustments/ transitions, anger, anxiety, OCD, attachment, depression, behavioral difficulties, family/relationship conflicts, and school/work stressors, using a trauma informed lens. My goal is to walk aside brave individuals as yourself (or family when working with kiddos ) to empower autonomy on your journey towards healing. I’m currently on waitlist for any kids 5-18; However, any kids under 5 years old or an adults with early morning/ afternoon availability, I have open availability.
I understand that every persons needs are unique, and my use of evidence-based interventions are always catered to meet my clients where they are at, with interventions including: Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Play/sand Therapy, and Relaxation/ Mindfulness-based interventions.
Any adult seeking a caring and experienced therapist, or parent seeking therapy for their child, I offer a collaborative, safe, and supportive space for individuals of all ages to explore and overcome life’s challenges, tele-health and in person options available.
