I believe strongly that everyone can benefit from attending therapy. My ultimate passion is to help others through their struggles in difficult times. I believe in an individualized, patient-centered approach because everyone’s needs are different and therapy is not "one-size-fits-all".
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as different techniques to help assist trauma and domestic violence victims. I also have experience working with children utilizing play therapy. I also have experience working with adolescents and teens that experience a wide range of struggles from that of ADHD, to ODD, as well as those on the spectrum.
