I utilize an integrative approach, drawing upon a variety of orientations including a trauma-informed perspective, psychodynamic approach, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions. Through self-exploration, we can work to remain in the present moment, get back into the body, shift limiting beliefs and identify a fresh perspective that aligns with your inner-most goals and values.
My goal in working with you is to create a safe space made of honesty and vulnerability. I will meet you exactly where you are (without judgement), support you in identifying the root of your troubles (while holding you accountable when necessary), make meaning of your experiences, and help you find your inner strength & wisdom to build resilience and heal.
