My work with clients is rooted in Polyvagal Theory, a framework for understanding the evolution of the nervous system and its implications for behavior and health. Humanistic approaches allow providers to view their clients holistically to meet their unique needs better. I have a background in exposure therapy, somatic experiencing, and play therapy.
