Hello! My name is Alyssa Label and I’m a board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 16 years. With compassion and kindness, my aim is to help my clients gain coping skills that foster greater well-being and help manage difficult feelings. I specialize in grief, depression, women's health, neurodivergence, trauma, & stress management. I am trained in inclusive, Feminist, LGBTQIA, and trauma-informed care. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach based upon your needs as there is no ‘one size fits all’ in therapy. Starting therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable.
