Sometimes life has mountains, and sometimes life has valleys. Sometimes when you are in the valley, it feels like you will never get out. Maybe your family is in a valley right now, or maybe your child's mental health is becoming so severe that they feel like they will never get out. And it may seem that way! But there is HOPE. I am a child therapist who believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and its role in producing change. And I am absolutely a believer that there is always hope.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents who are facing various life stressors, such as parental divorce, military families, grief/loss, abuse, and other forms of trauma/life transitions. I have a large amount of experience working with children with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self harm, trauma, grief, and anger management.
I am passionate about working with children and assisting them with healthy coping skills to manage symptomology.
