I hope to offer a safe space to explore functions and beliefs that no longer serve you. I understand that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and can work with you to create individualized goals. I specialize in eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and am CPT trained for PTSD.
I believe it’s extremely difficult to make a change without acceptance and compassion. Growth requires allowing ourselves to be human and approaching our struggles with curiosity instead of shame.
