I am passionate about working with children, pre-teens, teenagers, and adults struggling with an array of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, recent adjustments and stress, self-injury, suicidality, complex trauma, and family conflict. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Bloom Mental Health Healing, My treatment approaches include trauma-informed, experiential, mindfulness-based, and holistic therapies to encourage healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, I am pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential through Iaedp.

I believe that expression and connection lead to a better understanding of the self. I create a non-judgmental and safe environment that fosters authenticity as we work together. I believe that healing and resiliency come from within, and I work to empower people to find happiness and hope.

A Virtual Eating Disorder Support Group to Florida Residents Ages 15-22 led by Sydney Reese, LMHC. Group Goals: Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences and emotions related to their eating disorder. Facilitate peer support and connection among participants. Teach coping strategies for managing disordered eating behaviors. Provide education and resources about nutrition, body image, and self-care. Help participants develop a sense of empowerment and control over their eating disorder. Increase participants' awareness of the impact of their eating disorder on their physical and emotional health.
