Hi there! I’m Alyssa (she/her), and I specialize in working with people of all ages who've experienced trauma or have struggled with mental illness. Having been in therapy since childhood, I understand how tough it can be to open up to a stranger. My approach to therapy is laid-back, aiming to create an inviting space filled with warmth, comfort, and and a sense of good familiarity.
I take a psychodynamic, strengths-focused approach when working with clients as I believe we can't better ourselves in the present without revisiting what's impacted our development up to this point. I'm here for clients ready to explore their past to shape a brighter future, particularly those healing from trauma or mental health struggles.
