I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, & families. I graduated from New York University with a Masters degree in Social Work & I have extensive training in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, object relations, and attachment.

I have worked with adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, social skills issues, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and mood lability. Therapy is a partnership and is hard work, but with consistency and perseverance real change can be made.
