Life is a mix of uncertainty, change, joy, and challenges. I feel uniquely privileged to be able to witness people's stories and assist them in navigating through it all. I believe that the essence of therapy lies in creating a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore, process, and heal. I have particular experience and interest in working with teens and adults that are going through life transitions, navigating relationship conflict, healing from trauma, and learning how to manage their ADHD.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to starting my work in private practice in 2021, I accumulated extensive experience assisting families in navigating school systems and working with justice-involved youth and families.
