I specialize in helping kids and adults with anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, ADHD, stress management, parental separation, exploring gender identity, grief and loss, exploring sexuality/gender, trauma, and challenging life transitions. I have specialized training in working with people with Autism and enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+. I believe in a person-centered, strengths-based approach with strong values of empathy, compassion, and collaboration.
I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions, tailored to a client's individual needs, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. My colleagues and I offer in-person therapy in Moreau, NY, which includes office-based sessions, farm therapy, and equine assisted psychotherapy, as well as remote therapy for anyone in NYS.
