Hi, I'm Alyssa. Thanks for being here. I operate based on the knowledge that every human being has his/her/their own unique strengths and struggles. I truly understand that the decision to pursue therapy can be a difficult process. It is my goal to provide a safe space for my clients so that they may bring out the best in themselves and reach their goals. My specialties include supporting those managing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, addiction, pursuit of esteem and identity, school difficulties, and overwhelming life transitions. I proudly utilize an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy in order to address my clients needs.

I look at everything through a trauma lens, as it is my belief that the majority of our difficult feelings, behaviors, and relationships stem from unmet needs or life-altering experiences. With all of my training, my most valued intervention in eliciting change is the process of building and fostering the therapeutic relationship.

I view all humans as complex, multi-faceted beings who deserve unconditional acceptance. I value connection. I value the ability to be openly imperfect. I value accessibility.
