I genuinely enjoy working with others to hear their life stories and assist those in incorporating self-compassion, clarity, meaning, and purpose in their daily lives. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to increase the use of learned skills for a healthy version of you.
