I believe therapy is a space to feel safe and seen, and I practice this by leading with collaboration and empathy.
As a Black and Latina woman, I am passionate about giving marginalized communities the therapeutic support they need. Common presenting issues have been anxiety, grief, mild depression, life transitions and stress, emotional regulation, and relationship distress. I have also integrated mindfulness practices such as guided meditations and visualization.
