I have worked with many clients who experience depression, anxiety, relationship and peer conflict, and stressful life transitions. My approach includes Person-Centered Therapy, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also very solution-focused and work in a way that is very open and honest with my clients.
