I am a psychotherapist with experience in helping individuals and couples through life transitions, stressful events, and a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, communication problems, and relationship difficulties. My role is to be a compassionate partner through your journey and help support, guide, and walk with you to help you find a place of authenticity, self-awareness, and peace. I have spent much of my career working with those going through fertility treatments (egg freezing, IUI, IVF, third party reproduction) and helping to work through the stress that is often associated with treatment.
I have extensive experience in working with patients who use an egg or sperm donor to conceive and are grappling with how to disclose this information to the child as well as family and friends.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. Together, we would define your goals and explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. We will work to discover effective coping mechanisms and strategies to help you understand and manage your feelings.
