I provide therapy through telehealth whether that's early morning or late evening, on your couch or in your kitchen. I do my best to use different modalities and approaches to tailor therapy to fit you. Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, feeling the weight of depression, dealing with post-partum blues, setting goals for your future or working through tough trauma, I'm here every step of the way.
I have experience working with adults and teens with many types of struggles and goals including prenatal and post partum support, remission from addiction, generational trauma, health worries, interpersonal relationships, juggling life responsibilities, school/work expectations, navigating community resources, family stresses and caregiver support.
My goal is to create an caring comfortable environment where we can build a trusting, understanding relationship where you feel safe to unpack whatever's on your mind. We'll tackle the ups and downs, and I'll be right there to cheer you. We may laugh, we may cry but we are in this together.
