My practice is influenced by techniques from systems therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, developmental theory, and Gottman Couple Therapy. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlebury College and my Master of Science in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Walden University.
