In therapy, it's my sincere hope I can provide you with a soft space to land where you feel seen, heard, and accepted as we work through what is on your mind. I love working with my clients to help them gain powerful insights about themselves, the brain, and the body that will be transformational for many issues such as anxiety, depression, codependency, and trauma.
As a holistic practitioner I consider a wide variety of factors that influence my clients. I mostly use CBT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and other tools to help clients release mental and emotional burdens and to promote lasting healing.
