I have been successful in utilizing a combination of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), psychodynamic approaches, play therapy, trauma-informed and other mindfulness-based approaches to address difficult issues.

I begin each new therapeutic partnership with the goal of building a supportive connection in which clients serve as experts on their own lives and any challenges and areas for growth are explored within the context of one’s unique situation.
