I utilize a variety of modalities and interventions to help clients understand the connection between the past, present, and future, with the ultimate goal of creating a future that is meaningful and fulfilling. I have provided psychotherapeutic services to adults in inpatient and outpatient settings. These experiences allowed me to work with clients from different backgrounds, belief systems, and orientations to better understand the unique and shared experiences that are part of the human condition.
I am a clinically trained, psychodynamically oriented psychotherapist. I received my Master’s in Social Work with an area of emphasis in mental and behavioral health from Rutgers University.
