My path towards counseling stemmed from my own mental health challenges earlier in life. Through therapy, I learned healthy coping tools and began to heal. I knew I wanted to pay that gift forward. Reframing unhelpful thought patterns while learning to calm both mind and body can provide lasting relief. For insomnia, we'll get to the root causes like stress or pain that disrupt sleep.
