Life can be so dang challenging. Sometimes we need a safe place to process what has and is happening in our lives. I work with individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, grief and trauma. Our kids lives can be just as challenging as ours. Those big emotions and behaviors are an outward expression of inner turmoil. Working with kids and teenagers is a big passion of mine.
I have provided counseling services to kids in grades K-12 as a School Counselor, adults and children at Community Mental Health and Emergency Department Psych. For all my clients I strive to create a space where they are comfortable to start their healing process. I use a client centered approach. Working with you to find a plan that will help you most.
