In a safe, comfortable setting, I can help you explore, process, and overcome the negativity in your life. At your own pace, we will complete an initial evaluation to determine the best course of treatment and work together to establish healthy patterns of thoughts and behavior.
With training and experience in the treatment of eating disorders at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care, I am prepared to help you face your maladaptive thoughts and behaviors around food.Don't be overwhelmed by physical or emotional difficulties- schedule a meeting and start improving your life!
Additionally, I utilize a therapy dog in my practice. If you are fearful of dogs, the animal assisted therapy will not be part of your treatment process.
