Life can come with a lot of curveballs some that we can handle others can be more difficult. Life can start to become a rollercoaster that never ends. Having that one person you can speak to about life without judgement can help alleviate some of those curveballs. As a pre-licensed professional my purpose is to meet others where they are and help them discover themselves without feeling restricted. While helping them heal from their past. I am trained in numerous forms of therapy, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy.
I have worked with adults, older adults, teens, and young adults in inpatient and outpatient (individual, group, and telehealth) settings. I have specialized experience with addiction and substance use, PTSD, depression, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Alzheimer’s.
