Therapy is a commitment to yourself, a belief that you can move forward in difficult, confusing, or even tragic situations. When you enter therapy, you are engaging in a positive belief in your ability to create meaning and find new pathways forward. Therapy is a process where you can discover your boundaries, remember your strength and create different experiences that support your life. I have over 20 years of experience working with people from various walks of life who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief.
I use insight Therapy as well as Somatic Therapy -mind body therapies- to help people build new ways of seeing as well as being in world. I am trained in EMDR, Polyvagal, Narrative, Somatic and have some non-certification training in IFS therapy.
Therapy is a place to build inner safety so you can manage, learn from, and even find meaning in life’s challenges.
