Currently Accepting NEW Clients- Hello, my name is Zach DePledge. In the 12 years I have been working in mental health I have grown a passion in working with teenagers, young adults, and parents. Society places so much pressure on us these days to be perfect. What I have found is the comparison game we play in our minds destroys our self-esteem and can cause anxiety, depression, and many other mental health struggles. Parents are left wondering "am I parenting correctly?" Most of the times we don't talk about our struggles because we don't want to appear weak, in turn we are left struggling alone.
You are not broken, and you are not weak. My desire is to help you overcome this feeling of being alone or out of control. When we struggle with mental health it often feels like we are in a room without any light, just wondering around bumping into things. With the help of relationships we can begin to shed light into you darkness.
You do not have to struggle alone. I focus on relational therapy. Let's be honest, normally we don't care what someone knows until we know someone cares. As we build a therapeutic relationship my goal is to teach you how to build stronger relationships and learn the skills needed to overcome you mental health struggles.
