Our thoughts, feelings and behaviors create our experiences. As a psychotherapist I believe therapy is a process of creating change. Therapy allows a person to explore and develop skills of awareness and recognition of patterns that needs to be changed or recontructed. In therapy you will explore and develop these skills to effectively cope with psychological, personal and behavioral transitions. I work with each individual on finding the right balance of mind, body and spirit connection that gives the person the ability to better understand and bring clarity related to personal goals and plan for a healed and satisfying future.
I utilize various approaches and techniques to help alleviate distressing symptoms as quickly as possible. I use various interventions and approaches accordingly to each individual need. I'm specialized in PTSD and mood instabilities. I use EMDR, CBT amongts other methods. I'm the founder of the Quantum Healing Regression technique.
I enjoy working with clients providing individual and couples therapy. My areas of interest include but are not limited to PTSD, Grief, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorders and mood disorders in general, relationship issues, and women's issues.
