My passion is to help those who have suffered trauma heal. It is my intention to provide a safe non-judgemental place of healing, to work collaboratively for you to achieve self-driven functional goals.
I began my journey as a therapist in 2008 and I am trained in EMDR, DBT, Mindfulness, CBT and EFT as well as other modalities.
