I specialize in Trauma, as it is the root cause for most mental health concerns. I take a holistic approach to therapy, taking into consideration the mind, body, emotions, social, and spiritual health of the client. Even if it feels disconnected, what's happening in one area is affecting the others. I help clients reconnect back to themselves, as a whole.
