Hello! I'm so proud of you for taking this important step towards personal growth. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) First-Generation Latina from Southern California, I understand how culture, early experiences, and early relationships influence how we interact with the world and how we connect and relate in later adult relationships. I enjoy working with individuals who have experienced past trauma and suffer with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and /or are going through life transitions.
I take an eclectic approach including CBT (how thoughts feelings and behaviors interconnect) and attachment based psychodynamic and person-centered approaches to meet each individuals need.
My priority is to provide my clients with insight, reflection, and skills to help you meet your therapy goals. Whether they are self-healing, self-growth, reducing symptoms, feeling more aligned, or working towards the ending of old cycles and patterns.
