My interventions are EMDR and EFT (Tapping), to understand core believes that get you stuck and cause anxiety and depression. EMDR involves using eye movements and tapping. EFT (Tapping) into acupressure points to tap and process emotions due to trauma, anxiety or depression. Aside from therapy, I offer coaching in healing, energy sessions and workshops.
I only work with Adults doing individual therapy. I specialized in, generational trauma, relationship abuse, family origin trauma, sexual abuse, etc. Lets teach you how to understand your emotions and "feel them." I don't teach to cope, I teach how to heal. "Feelings are Meant to be Felt" Lean in without judgement into your emotions so healing happens.
