I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other life stressors. I use a variety of modalities including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and activity therapy to help manage symptoms, build self-esteem, and foster healing and growth.
