Additionally, I specialize in Traumatic Grief associated with child loss, stillbirth, miscarriage, IVF issues, catastrophic deaths, and unresolved grief. Further losses include divorce, loss of home, loss of finances, loss of previous self, previous functionality, disability, loss of career, and loss of pets.
Treatment includes implementing evidenced-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychodynamic Psychology and Mindfulness based theories. My philosophy includes a holistic approach that encourages self-love, while striving for balance and empowerment, all while offering clients empathetic and compassionate support.

Nothing is more powerful than sharing your story and hearing how closely it coorelates your own. The death of a child is one of life’s most tragic experiences; one that no parent, grandparent or sibling should ever have to face alone. This group provides compassionate care/support and foster a healing environment that offers hope for the future through holistic activities in nature, and mindfulness practices.
