Whether it is for you or a loved one, I am here to help individuals move through and cope with life's many challenges and transitions. There are many stressors that cause anxiety, shame, anger, and so many other overwhelming feelings making it difficult to move through the world. I am here to provide a space of safety and acceptance for clients to explore those feelings with support of compassion and authenticity. I work with adolescents and adults who are wanting and willing to make those first steps toward positive change.
I work from a place of collaboration and empathy in order to build trust and rapport with each client. I will always meet you where you are, and it is from there that we can discuss appropriate resources and tools tailored to your specific needs. My clinical focus involves anxiety, relational issues, attachment issues , self esteem, OCD, and depression.
