I offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, or difficulties that can come with significant life changes. I can also help address effects of trauma, identity issues, and impacts of neurocognitive issues. My approach is to honor the person not the problem as we cultivate strength and strategy to overcome challenges. You will walk away feeling heard and as though you have a safe, non-judgmental space to offload difficult thoughts and feelings. Eventually, you may develop new insights about how to manage difficulties we discussed.
I use cognitive and behavioral therapy. I also use a systems approach to better understand the context of your concerns. We may use a solution focused approach to find actionable steps to manage challenges. Our sessions are tailored to you.
