My professional experience has focused on couples therapy, anxiety/stress management, healthy relationships/boundaries, life transitions, personal growth, and trauma recovery. I strive to offer a supportive and safe atmosphere for clients to explore barriers and work towards healing and growth.
I offer warmth and authenticity along with experience providing evidenced based practice to my clients. For couples therapy, will use the Gottman Method to explore the strengths/challenges of your relationship and ways to improve. I also specialize working with clients experiencing PTSD and utilize a 6-8 session treatment called Written Exposure Therapy.
