I believe that everyone has a unique story to tell and that we go through various seasons of our life. Some moments are joyous and meaningful, and others are unbearably painful and lonely. I am a therapist who values every “page of your book” or every “season,” and believe the more we understand who we are and where we come from, the easier it becomes to connect with our true self and begin to heal. My work is centered around overall health and wellness as well as providing solutions to help you achieve the best version of yourself.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked extensively with teens, adults, and couples for the past 14 years. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, performance-based anxiety, relationship/marital issues and life transitions, parenting strategies, as well as specializing in treating maternal mental health and postpartum mental health.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where you can come just as you are. I value honesty and boldness, and maintain a sense of humor and lightheartedness in session when needed. I strongly believe therapy should be a place to be “unfiltered,” as well as a place to say the really hard things out loud. I look forward to meeting you!
