There is an expectation of young professional women in their 20's, 30's and 40s to have most questions about self-esteem, career, and intimate relationships figured-out, but I find that many women still struggle with these issues a LOT and in alienation. This often results in feelings of shame and stocknes. I started this group in order to help create a safe space where young women can voice their challenges, recognize commonalities, offer mutual support and insights.
