With this in mind, my role as your counselor will be to join you in curiosity as to how you developed your current way of being in the world and to support you in imagining and practicing new ways of being that promote your personal goals, improve your relationships, and foster a greater sense of alignment with your authentic self.
As your counselor, I will provide an empathic and nonjudgmental space for you to explore and express the truest version of yourself. Within our therapeutic relationship, we will co-create a safe space for you to learn more about yourself, develop relational skills, and take emotional risks.
