In order to find true sustainable wellness, I believe we have to address all aspects of our health. My goal is to empower you to be the architect of your own health and healing by establishing clarity around what you want from your life and how you want to live it each day. I strive to provide a safe place and safe relationship for you to talk about challenges, process thoughts and feelings, explore solutions, and develop confidence to promote change within your life.
My specialty is working with clients that have experienced trauma, but I also work with clients experiencing prolonged stress, anxiety, depression, and women's issues. I offer compassion, support, and guidance for my clients and their families as you will discover your needs and develop solutions that work best for you.
