I collaborate with my clients to find what works in therapy, and what does not work. My hope is that together we can create a safe, inviting space where you can feel understood and supported. My goal is to work with you to make sure that your goals for therapy are met, and I will adapt treatment to meet your individual needs. I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families. I work with my clients to sort out any relational, parenting, or interpersonal challenge clients experience. For those clients that have experienced trauma in the past, I am trained in EMDR (http://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/). If you have experienced trauma, please consider EMDR.
