We are all perfectly imperfect and my goal is to help you embrace the parts of you that you would rather keep tucked away, heal from the stories you do not dare share with anyone, and use your life to create something beautiful.
I have spent most of my education and training working with anxiety, depression, disordered eating/ eating disorders, and body image struggles. I have worked in inpatient settings, community resources, and private practice. I have accumulated skills from all and am willing to put them to use to find your perfect treatment plan and help you find healing.
