I aim to help an individual identify their goals and values and build their motivation internally and externally. I specialize in working with individual clients 18 years and older, couples who are experiencing interpersonal conflict, & marital counseling. Issues that I work with include depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, adjustment issues.
