I believe the therapeutic relationship between a client and therapist is paramount in to healing, and I strive to make every client feel safe, secure, heard, and seen. I honor each person’s individual journey and always meet them where they are in the process. My therapeutic approach is one of openness, collaboration, and trust. I consider myself to be a compassionate, empathetic, and caring person and clinician.
I have extensive training in trauma reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Inner Child techniques in my practice. I routinely teach specific coping skills and encourage the use of meditation and breathwork.
