Welcome! I’m Allison and I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, & co-occurring addictions in a warm, inclusive & safe environment. We all have experiences from our past that have had a fragmenting impact on our lives, but the past doesn't have to define who we are or dictate who we are becoming. I believe you have an innate capacity to heal and grow into your best, most authentic self using therapy as a tool. Working together, we can identify ways of decreasing your symptoms, increasing your coping skills, addressing root cause(s), & most importantly, shifting self-sabotaging and/or addictive behavioral patterns.
While EMDR is my main clinical focus, we may use an integrative approach to support your goals during our times together. I can also incorporate IFS, CBT, and/or DBT into our sessions. I currently offer teletherapy sessions and I’m able to provide a sliding scale option.
Therapy can be a place where you can safely seek to understand yourself and your past more fully, and in the process set goals to help you feel more of your innate wholeness. My goal is to meet you where you're at, without judgement, and support you along your path. I am here because I believe in you and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
