My love of psychology started with the personality tests you could find in the back of teen magazines. I've always loved supporting others while they work toward their goals, celebrating each and every victory along the way. OCD is often misunderstood and mistreated. When I learned that, on average, it takes 17 years for someone to be accurately diagnosed with OCD, I knew I was in the right place to utilize my clinical skillset and advocacy skills. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our deep understanding of its nuances enables us to properly diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability.
We’ll get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
