I have been helping people sort through difficult issues for over 20 years. I use my experience and skills, post-graduate training and humor to help my clients identify and utilize ways to get through life's difficult periods.
My approach is to listen but also to respond to what I hear from you. I will point out patterns of behavior or thinking which may be interfering with your happiness. I offer a gentle approach but will not avoid pursuing important issues.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults to resolve self-esteem, behavioral, and identity issues. I collaborate with parents in responding to their children's needs. I also work extensively with adults suffering from depression and anxiety.
